Innovative developments have been increasing in the Telos ecosystem at an exponential rate and we want the world to know about it! In this two-part series, we’ll be sharing some of the many marketing initiatives that the Telos Foundation has in place to get the word out there.
A ton of groundbreaking developments & initiatives are happening in the Telos ecosystem right now! But, in order for these innovations to reach their full potential, we need to make sure people are hearing about them! That’s why we’ve been working overtime to expand our reach to new audiences with equally innovative promotional undertakings.
We’ve got a ton of exciting initiatives on the go right now and we’re excited to fill the Telos community in on all of it! In this update, we’ll be going over the most prominent developments and partnerships brought on in recent weeks. Then, in Part Two, we’ll look at how they will all play a key role in our marketing strategy going forward!
Lead of Marketing & Community Growth
Justin Giudici has been involved in Telos for a long time, both as a block producer and Telos Foundation board member. In order to continue expanding the reach of Telos, he officially began his position in the Telos Foundation as Lead of Marketing & Community Growth at the end of April.
The Marketing and Community Growth team will be responsible for how the world receives and perceives Telos. Even before heading up this department, Justin began hiring new team members and onboarding partners that can help make Telos known to investors, dapp users and developers around the world. We’re excited to have Justin in place to oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring that a consistent message and mission is pursued across all promotional streams.
DAOMaker is an incubator that helps projects acquire an invested community and increase the value of a project by leveraging the power of Social Mining. They will play a crucial role in connecting us with notable influencers and running guerilla marketing campaigns that increase engagement in discussions surrounding Telos.
They have a valuable network of global influencers across many popular social platforms. Working alongside their team, we’ll be able to ensure that any exciting news from the Telos ecosystem is put in front of a massive audience.
Guerilla Buzz is a non-traditional boutique growth agency, specializing in the blockchain industry. A quick look at their client testimonials will reveal notable collaborations with professionals from organizations like CoinGecko, Bancor and AAX. So, it goes without saying that our marketing campaigns will be in good hands with them.
They take a less conventional approach to their marketing strategy by getting the word out through media relations, then generating buzz and engagement in these topics through several social avenues and guerilla marketing techniques. This ensures that momentum from a story continues after the announcement is made. Another primary focus of theirs is finding ways to fit a client’s initiatives into current, popular industry topics. This is an effective way to push stories out that already have an audience who are invested in the conversations surrounding them.
The methods this new partner employs means that they’ll not only generate brand awareness, but also brand engagement, jump starting a whole slew of new discussions about the Telos ecosystem.
SEO & Content Marketing
In keeping with the theme of growing our reach in an organic, engaging way, we’ve recently brought on an SEO & content specialist, Lliam Buckley. Lliam has a wealth of experience, working with business startups, influencers and media outlets from around the world, helping them to generate long term growth by creating high quality, targeted content.
Going forward, we plan to build out Telos.net as an information hub, featuring engaging content that targets the queries of potential Telos adopters. In addition to his background in SEO, Lliam has a wealth of experience as a journalist and copywriter, making him the perfect fit to handle communications and announcements between the Telos Foundation and the Telos community.
Outbound Marketing & Partnership Building
It’s not enough to just put information out there and expect people to find it, we also have to go directly to the people looking for the services we offer. This is one of the many reasons we brought Jeff Nowak onboard to lead the Telos Foundation’s Partnerships Department. This team is responsible for strategizing how Telos can create bridges between crypto projects and enterprise businesses.
Jeff is based in Silicon Valley, bringing with him years of experience in working with successful businesses and initiatives all over the tech sector. He will play a vital role in streamlining our partnership onboarding funnel, identifying key opportunities for future growth and introducing us to new apps and network partners. His involvement continues to grow as he finds seemingly endless opportunities to expand the reach of Telos through collaborations in every aspect of the ecosystem.
Social Engagement Strategy
We’re continuing to develop our social engagement by increasing communications within Telos initiatives, gathering news from the ecosystem and developing a structure to get that news out to the world. Whether that’s through announcements like the one you’re reading, posts on social media channels, product demos, giveaways or involvement in community forums, we’re working overtime to get the word out about Telos in as many avenues as possible.
This is an ongoing, consistently changing initiative, as we want to build up a prominent presence in as many social channels as possible. So, you’ll likely start hearing a whole lot more from us on platforms that we haven’t been as active on in the past. In addition to informing the community through these networks, we’ll also be employing marketing tactics that can ensure we grow our following and are discovered by new people every day!
Seal of Approval!
We can’t stress enough how pumped we are over the Telos Seals community marketing initiative! They’ve been amazing at getting momentum going on social channels through contests, campaigns and other engaging projects. We look forward to continued collaboration with them and will be offering them resources in any way we can. Given that our new marketing initiatives aim to capitalize on organic social engagement, we’re grateful to have a dedicated and involved community in this area.
Our marketing efforts won’t be leveraged to their full potential if we don’t have an attractive product for people to discover. So, we’ve been working with an experienced website design agency that’s been dedicated to rebuilding the Telos.net website from the ground up.
The new look is key to giving Telos a professional edge, as well as pushing an image and narrative that’s consistent with our mission. We believe this site will play a huge role in engaging new users and partnerships from the moment they hear about Telos. We’re still a few weeks away from the official launch of this site but stay tuned, we might have a sneak peek for the community to see very soon…
That’s Not All!
These are only some of the most prominent marketing initiatives taking place right now and we hope you’re as excited about them as we are! We’ll be releasing Part Two soon, where we’ll take a more in depth look at how all these separate projects fit together into a bigger marketing strategy.
Be sure to follow us on all our social channels for more news on this and other projects from within the Telos ecosystem!
